We are looking for a self-motivated individual interested in developing a career in residential audio visual and home technology.

The role will initially involve eCommerce management, showroom sales, minor technical support and general routine day-to-day tasks. After some time, the position has the opportunity to grow in multiple directions within our target technologies and client demographics.

The successful candidate will have a natural curiosity for technology, a technical aptitude, and a keen interest in audio visual equipment and smart home technology. 

You should be able to work efficiently with and without supervision, and also work well in a team environment. 

Attention-to-detail should be one of your main qualities and you should have good written and oral communication skills along with basic to intermediate computer skills. 

Customer service is an important part of our business - therefore you should enjoy interacting with people and be able to create great customer experiences and outcomes.

Previous experience may be helpful, but is not essential. Having an open-mind and a willingness to learn should be one of your main attributes. We will train the successful candidate in all assignments as required.

You will need a reliable car and be willing use it for a limited amount of work related activities - standard compensations apply.

Due to the nature of our business, our usual working hours are not the typical 9-to-5 routine. You will need flexibility in your available working times. In return you will receive some flexibility in your time off. 

Being able to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking clients and/or having an understanding of the Chinese culture would be an advantage.
